What we collect
Contact details you give us (such as your name, business, email address and message) when you email us or order a service, and information you provide while we work together.
How we use it
To respond to enquiries, provide and improve our services, send information you have requested, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
Website, enquiries and analytics
Enquiries are made by email. If we add online forms, booking or payment services, we will update this policy.

AI & data handling statement
When delivering services we may process client business data using third-party AI and cloud providers. When we do:
- we use business-grade services and disable use of client data for model training where the provider allows;
- we limit access to what is necessary and store credentials securely;
- we document which providers are used and where data is stored (which may be outside Australia);
- we include human review of AI outputs where they affect customers, finances or decisions;
- we agree data retention and deletion arrangements with you.
Details for each engagement are set out in our written agreement.
Disclosure and overseas transfer
We use service providers to operate our business, including website hosting (Hostinger), content delivery and security (Cloudflare) and email (Fastmail). Some of these providers may store or process information outside Australia. We only share what is needed for them to provide their services.
Security, access and correction
We take reasonable steps to protect your information. You can ask to access or correct your information by emailing [email protected].
Complaints
Contact us first at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
